The Data Quality Audits can indicate how successful your KIDS submissions are. You can use them to see how much extra work is required by your staff to correct data errors in KIDS, how consistent data about your students is from the beginning of the year to the end of the year, and what areas had the most change after the auditors completed your audit of enrollment and funding data. It also shows you the state average so you have a benchmark for comparison.

We have heard from some staff that watching these audits can show them how much more successful their submissions are after they changed from SIS to another. They can tell pretty quickly whether their data errors rose or fell after the new SIS was in place.
